Your mission
- Lead the end-to-end audit lifecycle including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up across global headquarters, subsidiaries, retail hubs, and logistics centers.
- Refine and elevate auditing methodologies according to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS).
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior management, strengthening risk awareness, control frameworks, and risk quantification.
- Contribute to the annual audit plan, securing high quality, timely delivery, and continuous process optimization.
- Leverage modern data analytics, continuous auditing techniques, and automation tools to boost audit efficiency and insight depth.
- Execute high-impact ad hoc audits, advisory projects, and cross-functional initiatives in compliance, risk management, IT, and loss prevention.
Your talent
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional auditing, risk management, or consulting experience, preferably within FMCG, fashion, or sporting goods sectors.
- In-depth expertise in Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and modern auditing methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a collaborative, solution-driven working style.
- Fluency in English and German with outstanding communication skills; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CCSA) are highly advantageous.
- High flexibility and enthusiasm for global travel.
