Your responsibilities

• As a Working Student (m/f/d), you collaborate to develop a global control tower function for lean, agile and Six Sigma initiatives and projects
• You support creating a KPI framework, dashboards and governance processes in order to monitor engineering performance
• You also contribute and support lean initiatives and agile pilots within the R&D organization
• Contributing to develop knowledge management, documentation of lean and agile projects and setting up an initiative database are part of your tasks
• You are part of the global community and support collaboration of global lean and agile coaches
• You stay up-to-date with advancements in lean and agile methods as well as Six Sigma and contribute to research efforts
• You provide general support to the Engineering Performance team, such as organizing files and scheduling meetings

Your qualification

• You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration or Business Engineering) at an accredited university
• You have know-how in KPI creation and ideally knowledge in Power BI
• Excellent MS Excel skills are part of your qualifications
• You are familiar with lean and agile methodology and tools
• Communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are part of your strengths; knowledge of Japanese and German is beneficial
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You also have excellent organizational and time management skills to balance work and academic responsibilities
• You are willing to work in an international team
