Your Mission

As a core part of our engineering team, you will drive the technological heart of Knowunity. You will have the opportunity to own the AI revolution end-to-end, working on groundbreaking features such as:

• Developing truly personalized video content at a global scale.
• Cracking the code on guidance and topic prediction using our vast data resources.
• Redefining the future of practice sessions to make them more interactive and diverse.
• Exploring how AI companions can foster social interaction and bring students together.
• Shipping high-impact A/B tests to millions of users with incredible speed.

Technical Ownership

You will build end-to-end AI products that deliver measurable value to our global user base. Your technical decisions will directly influence product impact, choosing the best tools and models to move key metrics like daily active users and retention. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will translate visionary product ideas into real-world features that students rely on every day.

Our Tech Stack

Our application is built with Flutter and Riverpod, supported by a Golang backend running on AWS and Kubernetes. Our AI infrastructure utilizes multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Mistral, alongside custom routing engines and fine-tuned models. Our data operations are powered by BigQuery and dbt.

Who You Are

We are looking for individuals who think in systems and prompts, leveraging AI as a force multiplier in everything they do. You should have a track record of working hands-on with large language models, tuning prompts, and integrating APIs into scalable products. You thrive in ambiguous environments, value excellence over mediocrity, and focus relentlessly on user impact. Proficiency in at least one backend language like Go, TypeScript, or Python is required, along with fluent English skills.
