For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Process Excellence & Digital Solution Team on a part-time basis to support the area of process management and process modelling in our Berlin office.

The Process Excellence & Digital Solution Team provides effective and highly efficient end-to-end processes, drives optimization, increases efficiency of services to achieve harmonization and standardization. We partner with senior leaders and an array of internal partners, focused on delivering positive business results and focused on establishing as well as improving business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity and enable growth.

Your tasks:

You support the development of Business Process Management at KWS
You participate in the design and optimization of processes for the administrative functions at KWS
You model processes using BPMN 2.0 and help to administer our BPM solution (“SAP Signavio”)
You support our KWS Excellence approach for Continuous Improvement and Lean
You support our Project Management approach
You support our Digital Solutions with either automation or data analytics projects
You help the Process Excellence Department in daily business and with supportive tasks

Your profile:

You are a full-time student of a related field of study, at least for one more year
You have first experiences in process management and/or process modelling, ideally with SAP Signavio or other BPMN 2.0 solutions
You have first experience in managing projects and how to deliver on time, on budget, on scope. Experience with process improvement methodologies is an advantage
You are confident in at least one of the following key areas: Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Process Modelling, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modelling, Process Automation, Data Analytics, Change Management, Project Management
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or “Project for the Web” is an advantage
You are characterized by high dynamics, self-organization, and independence
You are fluent in English, any other language is an asset
