About the job
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic, global team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the marketing department through project management, digital content maintenance, and general marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with global teams is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, working with internal teams and external vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
Digital Content Maintenance:
Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
Monitor and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging.
Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertising efforts.
General Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Conduct market research to support campaign development and audience targeting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing for the finance/tech industry is a bonus
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision.
Familiarity with digital content management (CMS experience is a plus).
Proficiency in social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
Professional fluency in English is required. Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with a global team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
