Your Role

As the designated shift leader for early, middle, and late shifts, you will spearhead service operations and ensure seamless communication within the team. You will maintain the highest service standards while managing your own section and providing hands-on support. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will use your expertise to create engaging guest experiences and foster the confidence of your fellow associates.

How You’ll Make the Place

• Supervise daily F&B service operations in the Brasserie Cuvilliés and Wintergarden, adhering to Rosewood’s elite standards.
• Take full ownership of the guest experience and operational execution as the designated Shift Leader.
• Motivate the service team while managing your own section with a strong floor presence.
• Coordinate activities, delegate responsibilities, and provide real-time guidance to the team.
• Facilitate effective communication between service, kitchen, bar, and management.
• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns with professional excellence.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and post-shift handovers to keep the team aligned.
• Coach and develop associates on service standards, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Support revenue optimization, inventory control, and beverage quality initiatives.
• Serve as a professional role model through exceptional hospitality and leadership.
