What you'll do

• Support our communication, change and content strategy in board area People & Operations
• Support to establish a communication governance framework and collaboration management
• Support strategic preparation and execution of communication and change activities
• Engage and collaborate closely with stakeholders across SAP
• Create and develop presentations, SharePoint pages, concepts and new innovative formats

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communication, Marketing, Economics or any other studies – individual interest and skills are more important than field of study
• Computer skills: Office365; virtual collaboration boards e.g. Mural
• Language skills: fluent in English, intermediate in German
• Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, quality-focused and collaborative in a virtual team set-up, Hands-on attitude and proactive in communication; strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to apply respective structures in presentations
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Others: first experiences with communication or change strategy development or strategy approaches e.g. OKR and workshop preparation

Meet your team

The P&O Communications and Change Team focuses on delivering dedicated area-specific comms support and consultancy, cross-organizational programmatic and conceptual comms topics, empowerment and support for change topics as well as supporting our SAP Chief People and Operations Officer via executive communication support.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
