Munich Re’s Facultative & Corporate (F&C) is looking for a highly customer centric assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our F&C community in managing travel arrangement, expense reporting and assist in planning and executing our events.
MR F&C is a global business unit responsible for single risk business written as facultative reinsurance or direct. Since its foundation in 2019, MR F&C has significantly and profitably grown its portfolio. Your Job
- Arranging travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodation
- Managing expense reporting
- Ensuring compliance with the travel and expense guidelines and standards
- Co-ordinating arrangements for events
- Other administrative or organisational tasks may be required occasionally to support the F&C Division
Your Profile
- Previous customer focussed experience
- Previous experience in Travel and Expenses
- Experience with event coordination
- Strong administrative skills, proactive and self-organised
- Intermediate MS Office and computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Team player and enjoys interaction with people
- Working collaboratively and effectively in international group dynamic, often virtual; proficient in agile ways of working
- Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
