Your Role

• Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates
• Coordinate and manage projects to hit quality, schedule, and financial targets
• Serve as the key interface between customers and internal teams
• Drive project monitoring, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of project team members
• Ensure team qualifications, training, and availability of required resources
• Guarantee full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards

Your Profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or a comparable field
• At least 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management
• Experience in the aeronautical sector, ideally with "Outstanding Works" knowledge – a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of aeronautical standards and process environments
• Confident communicator with leadership qualities and a strong customer focus
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Structured, solution-oriented, reliable, and analytical work style
