The Opportunity

Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, is looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Corporate Law team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between academic theory and practical legal application within one of the world's fastest-growing SaaS enterprises. You will support our legal experts in driving growth and providing strategic guidance across various corporate domains.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the research and analysis of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and reports.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements while supporting internal stakeholders.
• Manage tasks related to global real estate portfolios and insurance programs.
• Contribute to the optimization of legal workflows and departmental policies.
• Conduct detailed legal research and provide actionable summaries for the team.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on German corporate law.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to complex legal issues.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to balance work with your studies.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Initial practical experience in a legal environment or knowledge of AI is beneficial.
