As Concierge, you will lead daily guest service operations, ensuring seamless experiences for all visitors and residents. You will oversee specialized guest requests, manage high-profile VIP stay logistics, coordinate front-office priorities, and step in as Office Concierge whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict compliance with department service standards and operational protocols
• Supervise daily operations and staff logistics within the Concierge department
• Address guest inquiries and resolve feedback swiftly to guarantee complete satisfaction
• Maintain precise records of guest preferences and operational reports for management
• Lead shift briefings, monitor priorities, and streamline team workflows
• Coordinate attendance schedules, roster updates, and operational coverage
• Mentor, train, and motivate team members to uphold Rosewood Munich excellence

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in luxury hotel concierge operations
• Fluency in both English and German with exceptional communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of local Munich destinations, luxury services, and vendor networks
• Strong technical proficiency with property management systems (PMS), CRM, and reservation platforms
• Demonstrated leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail when handling complex guest itineraries
