What's the role?:
HERE’s Marketing team is seeking a Digital Content Operations Lead-Web Experience, based out of our Berlin, Germany office. In this role, you will bring strategic oversight to the management of our content management, copy and visual asset tools, and the content they contain, so that they can seamlessly and consistently be presented on key channels including our flagship website, here .com... Your content management responsibilities include organization of all digital assets such as copy, templates, images, and videos used and prepared by the Web Experience and broader Brand Creative teams. You’ll need hands-on experience working within enterprise-grade content management systems, preferably Contentful, Contently, BrandFolder and Drupal. You’ll work globally and cross-functionally across internal teams and external stakeholders to guide the digital asset life cycle from creation to asset delivery, through archival. You will help create a single source of truth for use across the company, advocate for managing content in context, and play an important role in implementing and upgrading our processes that save time and money for the wider organization. You will also be the key point of contact for any future tools, integrations and migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our website content is streamlined, optimised and delivered according to our sprint-based approach.
- Able to interpret complex stakeholder input and guide a team to develop responsive and simplified content solutions.
- Generate innovation around development of industry-related website content.
- Utilise web traffic and user engagement analytics to inform content creation.
- Collaborate on development of creative concepts to constantly drive content excellence, anchored by a consistent messaging strategy.
Scope
- Drive awareness, engagement and authority of the HERE digital ecosystem
- Turn complex topics into easy-to-digest story strategies that deliver impact.
- Determine the digital copy guidelines and contribute to tone of voice for the brand, ensuring that all content produced falls in line with this style before final sign-off.
- Manage the financial aspects of Here .com... [Vollständig anzeigen] ... [Vollständig anzeigen] ’s content. This includes finding new and innovative ways to utilize funding to gain a broader readership and drawing up budget proposals.
Impact Decision Making
- Review all content, articles, and photographs for accuracy and appropriateness, providing suggestions where necessary to improve them including using SEO guidelines.
- Ensure content reflects HERE core values, quality standards, principles and messaging strategy.
- Regularly communicating content updates to internal stakeholders.
- High level of awareness of competitive landscape to keep HERE ahead of curve and relevant from a content perspective.
- Motivating individuals, including evolving responsibilities, setting and reviewing objectives.
Who are you?:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- You should have a minimum of seven years in a content creation senior role, ideally in a digital agency or in-house digital team environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail, preferably with a background in editorial web copy.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management and workflow Systems (e.g. Drupal, Workfront, Widen, Contently).
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.
- A positive "can do" mentality, confident and effective in improving strategic frameworks to facilitate effectiveness and pace across content creation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business that requires a steady stream of integrated content strategies across B2B, B2C and B2D audiences
- Ability to think laterally and provide innovative strategies to maximise the opportunities to utilize content in a variety of different formats and media.
- Solid experience collaborating with agencies, expert at defining and managing creative briefs and developing scope of work.
