Your Role in Berlin
Supporting our site in Berlin, you will be a vital part of daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include picking, packing, and transferring goods to couriers, managing goods-in processes, and maintaining an organized inventory. You will collaborate closely with customer services, manufacturing, purchasing, and the export coordination team. We are looking for an organized professional with high attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment while strictly following all health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Perform visual inspections of inbound packages and verify documentation.
- Execute accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all orders are ready for planned dispatch.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
- Perform ERP system transactions to reflect physical stock accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor shipping consumables and coordinate replenishment needs.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Your Qualifications
- Solid experience in warehouse operations, goods-in, and shipping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Conversational English skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IFS ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with import and export shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of Lean techniques and supply chain processes.
