Your Mission at meteocontrol
Take an active role in shaping the Cloud EMS platform. As a Fullstack Developer, you will drive the development of both frontend (Angular) and backend (Kotlin/Ktor, Node.js, PostgreSQL) components. Your expertise will help build responsive, intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services within a modern microservices architecture.
- Design and implement high-quality code for scalable cloud solutions.
- Ensure software reliability through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Partner with UX/UI experts and cross-functional teams to launch seamless product features.
- Optimize API development and refine CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
- Engage in collaborative code reviews to maintain superior technical standards.
Your Profile
You possess a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for full-stack technologies. You are ready to apply your skills in a dynamic, agile environment focused on renewable energy.
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in full-stack environments.
- Proficiency in modern web stacks including Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong backend skills using Kotlin/Ktor or Node.js combined with RESTful API expertise.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and query optimization.
- Practical experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and agile workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a valuable asset.
