Your responsibilities
- Drive the creation of innovative air conditioning products for residential use.
- Define market specifications for new product developments and portfolio adjustments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on the technical design, considering efficiency, manufacturing, and safety.
- Plan product certifications and coordinate tests with internal and external partners.
- Analyze product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in strategic customer meetings with the sales department.
- Collaborate with international experts and present results clearly.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical or similar) with applicable experience or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC sector, ideally in residential AC.
- Knowledge of mechatronics, control engineering, programming, and thermodynamics is a plus.
- Experience in planning and implementing concepts and projects.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- High initiative, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
