Your Mission

As a foundational hire, you will architect our AI-native operating system from the ground up. This is not a role for following old playbooks; you will build the intelligent engine required to scale telli to $100M ARR. You will be instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.
• Scale core business processes using an automation-first approach with tools like n8n and Zapier.
• Bridge the gap between customers and engineering by analyzing feedback to shape our product roadmap.
• Develop internal tools and systems alongside our engineering team to enhance operational scalability.
• Help define the culture and structural foundation of our growing operations department.
