Details of the role and how it fits into the team
Join the KYC Operations Transformation team as a KYC Transformation Project Manager and play a pivotal role in the Client Lifecycle Transformation (CLT). You'll collaborate with the Corporate Bank (CB), Investment Bank (IB), Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and Technology to ensure seamless delivery of Change & Transformation programs using Agile methodologies.
Your key responsibilities
Drive the global and regional implementation of strategic KYC initiatives, tracking value and ensuring success.
Maintain project status, manage risks, resolve issues, handle dependencies, control changes, and coordinate decisions.
Own comprehensive project/program reporting in line with governance standards.
Support the consistent implementation of milestones, closure criteria, and success measures.
Your skills and experiences
Excellent English verbal and writing skills are essential.
Demonstrable experience in supporting medium to large-scale transformation programs, preferably within a financial services context.
Be a self-starter with an energetic, continuous improvement mindset, and a logical, structured approach to program delivery and problem-solving.
Demonstrate the ability to influence, challenge, communicate, and partner effectively with teammates, workstream leads, and stakeholders at all levels of seniority and diversity.
Knowledge of KYC policies and processes is a plus.
Background in consulting is a plus.
