What You'll Own
- Be a Product Expert: Develop deep product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage and resolve customer inquiries via chat and email with top-tier support quality.

You Bring
- Enrolled Student: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Tech, Communications, or a related field (with at least 1 year remaining) at a university in Germany.
- Communication Skills: Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts simply via chat, email, or video call.
- Tech Savvy: Quick to master new software with a genuine curiosity for how technical products operate.
- Organized Mindset: Ability to balance university studies with work tasks, prioritizing effectively.
- Problem-Solving DNA: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and eager to uncover the root cause of issues.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English combined with either German or Italian. French is a plus.
