The consultancy Munich Airport International GmbH (MAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, provides management, consulting and training services for the aviation industry worldwide. We are looking for a Specialist Marketing & Communication (f/m/d) to join us in our mission.

• You develop, implement and constantly evolve MAI´s annual marketing and communication plan and support in planning and managing the marketing budget. You evaluate all marketing activities and give recommendations for further marketing measures
• You are responsible for MAI´s website, manage the social media company profile pages and coordinate the development of internal and external publications
• You create all types of marketing and branding material, select and collaborate with marketing partners and organize and execute internal and external events
• You set up integrated marketing campaigns (e.g. for a product launch, projects, investments/acquisitions) including all relevant communication channels and marketing activities
• You are the central contact person and interface to internal partners within the Flughafen München GmbH organization (e.g. corporate communication, brand management, marketing, events, public relations) as well as to the marketing representative of MAI’s subsidiaries

• You completed your university degree with a focus on economics/marketing/communications or comparable skills/knowledge.
• You have several years of professional experience in an international environment and have a passion for the aviation industry.
• You show in-depth experience in traditional marketing mix, online marketing, communications and project management.
• You love to be creative and working with social media channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• You bring along a high level of communication and conflict management skills as well as a confident and smart demeanor when dealing with customers and suppliers.
• You are skilled and experienced in working with MS365 and related applications.
• You have excellent written and spoken English and German (business fluent) language skills, further languages skills are beneficial.
• Certified clean police record for airport pass application and police background check.
