Your Tasks

• Support the international coordination & management of local sales teams in 13 countries
• Support the planning, target setting, forecasting, and sales control in the countries in close collaboration with local sales teams and controlling
• Setup of a process landscape from sales to billing, creation of sales materials and guidelines as well as organization of trainings/workshops for local sales teams
• Develop a deep understanding of our partner’s business goals and use this knowledge to develop sales/upselling concepts and guidelines for local sales teams
• Communicate and rollout of new products in the countries
• Planning and realization of national customer events in close cooperation with marketing and local sales teams

Your Profile

• Graduation in Business Studies, Media Management, Marketing or similar
• First professional experience and success in marketing or sales, ideally in the retail media or digital advertising field
• Good understanding of retail media / programmatic and data-driven advertising products and their added value
• You enjoy working independently and have a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages like Spanish or Italian beneficial
• Very good knowledge in MC Office programs, especially Powerpoint and Excel
• Operationally agile mindset, to be successful in a fast-moving, new, and rapidly growing business environment
• Strong communication skills, empathy, customer-oriented mindset and a self-confident appearance round off your profile
