Sunbloom Proteins GmbH, founded in 2017 as a spin-off from Germany's largest R&D institute 'Fraunhofer', is a manufacturer of sustainable, plant based proteins from Sunflowers for food industry. We built our own industrial scale production site in Hungary to manufacture high quality functional Sunflower proteins based on our proprietary, patented technology to serve our international customers.

Description du poste:

To support the growth of Sunbloom, we are hiring for 2 positions of Senior Application Specialists. One is for Meat alternatives expertise, and the other one is for Dairy alternatives expertise.

As Senior Application Specialist at Sunbloom Proteins GmbH your primary responsibility will be supporting our customers to develop meat alternatives by providing deep technical knowledge, preparing and showcasing applications, and advising our customers remotely and/or onsite on experimenting.

To carry out your mission, you will work closely on :

Profil du(de la) candidat(e) recherché(e):

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Technology/Engineering or similar is required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in R&D, product development or applications in plant-based proteins and dairy or meat analogues.

Your excellent communication and your ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment will give you the right knowledge to be able to transfer skills easily. You are especially enthusiastic about plant-based food and you are passionate about sustainable products. Full business proficiency in English with conversational German are necessary, and other languages would be an advantage.

Moderate travel activity for onsite customer support or congresses, trade fairs ca. 2x per month)
