Airworthiness Office Specialist
(m/f/d)

SST Flugtechnik GmbH is a Part 21J Design

Organization, based at the Allgäu Airport in

Memmingerberg and providing extensive experience

in aircraft design and certification to in-house and

external aircraft programs.

• Development and certification of new products

and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs)

• Design of changes and repairs

• Mission system integration

• Continued Airworthiness for Type Design

Location: Memmingerberg, Germany Start date: Immediately

Your future: • Creation of certification and approval programs in coordination with design engineers and
compliance verification engineers (CVEs)

• Communication and cooperation with aviation agencies EASA and LBA on project level

• Management of agreements between subcontractors and the SST Design Organisation

regarding the methods of verification

• Checking and approval of the compliance demonstration by signature

• Archiving and management of approval documents

• Support of aircraft operators and CAMOs regarding airworthiness related topics

• Participation in process improvement regarding the Design Organisation and its

procedures

Your

qualifications:

• Graduate engineer (FH/Univ.) in aircraft design or equivalent technical qualification with at

least 7 years of professional experience in the field of flight operations or aircraft
technology as well as aircraft design

• At least 5 years of experience in the field or aircraft and equipment certification

• Thorough knowledge of EASA Part-21 and CS/JAR/FAR Part 23

• Knowledge of EASA Air-OPS, EU-OPS and FAA Part 91

• Strong team spirit and good communication skills

• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German language beneficial
