Your responsibilities

Support the marketing team in their daily business
Assist in coordination, implementation and follow-up of national and international fairs and events
Create and up-date powerpoint presentations
Participate in producing brochures and flyers
Maintenance of both intranet and internet
Knowledge Management:
- Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms.
Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats.
Documents to be retained / filed for future reference.
- Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors).
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development.

Your profile

Student in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields with a completed intermediate diploma
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluent in German, proficient in English
Creative and conceptional skills
Independent, entrepreneurial working style
Indesign and Photoshop Skills preferred
Team spirit
