We're looking for a creative and driven student to make a significant impact in the world of employer branding and social media marketing at trivago. How you'll make an impact:

• Create engaging video content and captions for TikTok, Instagram etc. to showcase our employer brand (Life at trivago accounts)
• Manage our social media communities by responding to comments, engaging with relevant audiences, and establishing our brand presence online
• Collaborate with recruiters to post job openings on external job boards and optimize job advertisements using paid campaigns to reach a wider audience
• Source internal employees to improve advocacy on our social media channels and keep our internal employer branding community active and engaged

What you'll need to thrive:

• Proficiency in creating and editing video content for social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a track record of crafting engaging and persuasive content
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others)
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative content ideas
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Be currently enrolled in a German university
