Your tasks

• Enhance the experience of 80,000 users by improving our services and IT tools
• Analyze technical, incident, and feedback data from tools like Service Now, Nexthink, and Qualtrics to pinpoint key issues and significant insights

• Transform data and insights into actionable improvement strategies, collaborating with service and product owners
• Develop project plans and schedules for user experience enhancements
• Monitor progress of action plans and report status to stakeholders, including senior management
• Drive international stakeholder management to boost user centricity

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration or a related field
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong affinity for numbers
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles
• Strong project management skills

• Solid understanding of modern digital technology
• Experience in international, cross-functional teams
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
