The story begins
- Gain experience in an international environment and a company based on determination to discover
- Join our team: Product Operations & Data
- Positioned between the product development and management on one side and purchasing, sales and marketing on the other side
- Guiding our product lifecycle from the idea until the consumer is happy
- Taking care of and improving processes around operations and elsewhere
- Responsible for data maintenance and quality
- Turn every stone and start to think from scratch to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Rest assured that a fully automated coffee machine is taking care of its important but dull duty
- Start into a steep learning curve and opportunities to contribute your ideas and suggestions for improvement. We offer a colorful and diverse environment as well as the unique opportunity to learn about the business of a globally operating outdoor company
- Learn (if not familiar with) Makigami, a lean methodology of process mapping and analysis
Your proven path
- You have completed (whatever) studies and have first business experience (1-3 years)
- You can support us 10 - 20h / week
- You can work independently and creative but deliver structured results
- You are a team player with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in English (and might speak some German)
