TASKS

• Project Organization in the field of health care at German subsidiaries
• Project support: Creation of various check-up processes with resources and workplace setup planning
• Various tasks in our medical health center
• Preventive and emergency medical care of our employees
• Carrying out various medical examinations (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, laboratory examinations and blood pressure measurements etc.)
• Health campaign Support at German subsidiaries, e.g flu vaccination campaign
• Administrative tasks, e.g documentation of medical services
• Calendar maintenance and scheduling

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Necessary knowledge

• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• High level of customer orientation, commitment and flexibility
• Competencies in project management and independent project work
• Experience in medical check-up processes and implementation
• Expertise in general and emergency medicine

Preferred Skills

• Medical English and German, both written and spoken
• Advanced IT knowledge e.g medical Software Basis
• Leadership and Service attitude

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a medical professional / nurse
• Project experience e.g. executive check ups, screen glasses process
• Deep dive knowledge in the field of internal medicine as well as in-depth skills in preventive examinations such as ergometry and spirometry
