About the role:
Product Life Cyle Operations Specialist Cluster is accountable for cross platform and cross-functional coordination of product life cycle (PLC) operational activities in close alignment with and guidance from Product Management Leads, for all countries belonging to the cluster. He/she manages and drives timely execution of PLC changes within the Central European Region. Ensure deliverables are completed in line with the overall process and stakeholder responsibilities – from assessment (timings, transitions requirements, commitments etc.) to implementation and follow-up.
Provides marketing processes expertise through specific set of skills and knowledge, e.g. marketing projects management, product and portfolio management, market planning and execution.
Cross platform and cross-functional coordination of product life cycle (PLC) operational activities in close alignment with and guidance from Product Management Leads
Project manage and drive timely execution of PLC changes within the CE Region. Ensure deliverables are completed in line with the overall process and stakeholder responsibilities – from assessment (timings, transitions requirements, commitments etc.) to implementation and follow-up.
Create and organize project work, required documents and deliverables for validation and compliance traceability.
Ensure project governance, including meeting cadence, scorecard, RAID log in accordance with established project management practices and required tools.
Provides timely and effective project communications, including meeting facilitation, and executive status reporting.
Identifies and manages project risks and issues, ensuring their timely mitigation and resolution with impacted stakeholders.
Creates management reports and presentations (as required) to keep project sponsor and other leaders and stakeholders up to date on schedule, budget and deliverable status.
Engage key stakeholders to manage key activities and deliverables in the Region.
Maintain the PLC Roadmap for MDS with a single source of truth master for cross-functional purposes.
Trigger PLC changes for the CE Region as per established process and data requirements and ensure availability of communication elements to implement the change (country/sales guidance, customer letters, TDSs, samples etc.).
Create and drive tracking on PLC implementations: timing, impact, completion, risk identification, confirmation on cut/migrated decisions and progress, discontinuation progress, drive mitigation actions.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a large matrix organization
Bachelor’s degree, in business or marketing

Must be a skilled communicator
Ability to collaborate and influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix
Technical marketing acumen is a plus
