Our department is in charge of Audi’s global sales planning and steering for Genuine Parts and Genuine Accessories. With our advanced monitoring system, we are regularly tracking the After Sales performance in our markets. Our responsibilities contain the improvement of automated reporting, the design of innovative business intelligence approaches as well as the strategic business development of our After Sales programs derived from our analytics.
As a member of our business intelligence team, you will take your seat in the After Sales ‘Cockpit’ of Audi. Your responsibilities comprise the analysis of After Sales relevant data pools. This includes preparing, structuring and visualizing data to enable future After Sales performance steering and generating data-driven market insights to increase customer loyalty, market share and turnover.
Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete a first project within your target field Central Sales Planning Genuine Parts and Genuine Accessories.
- In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Central Sales Planning Genuine Parts and Genuine Accessories.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree from an accredited university in Data Science, Business Information Systems, Business Intelligence or similar required
- Above-average academic performance
- Experience with data science programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English, knowledge of German language would be an advantage Relevant extra-curricular commitment
