As an ALLEX participant you will:

• Directly hold a position of responsibility e.g. in Project Engineering or Management, Logistics, Sales and Business Development, Procurement and many more
• Experience working abroad for two project assignments within Europe (3 months each)
• Benefit from an international network: through events, development programs and mentoring
• Discover new business lines and working environment
• Constantly increase your knowledge about what our customers do
• Be inspired by your colleagues in our offices in Düsseldorf or Krefeld

• Business or engineering master’s degree
• English fluency & strong communication skills
• Capacity to work in an international environment
• Curious and open mindset to discover new ideas
• Willingness to learn new things outside of your comfort zone
