Are you an automotive enthusiast and would you like to work on projects with tangible impact? Would you like to influence the product substance of Audi electric vehicles?
As a product steering manager within our department, you will be responsible for the definition, evaluation and decision-making process of the product requirements of several Audi electric vehicles.
With help of each car project structure organization, where all company areas are represented, you will analyze market trends, customer demands, feasibility and financial implications of every new product feature. Moreover, most of them have an impact on the vehicle electrical/electronic architecture. Therefore, it is mandatory to understand the whole software development process and to interact with other Volkswagen Group brands, such as, CARIAD to assure the project targets.
Our department is also the central counterpart in our devision – Product Management – for product overarching topics, establishing synergies within all Audi projects and influencing the Audi product innovation strategy.

Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete a first project within your target field PPE41x / MEB / Q8 e-tron Product steering Management.
- In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
- In addition you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
- After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field PPE41x / MEB / Q8 e-tron Product steering Management.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree from an accredited university in Industrial engineering, Business Administration and Engineering or Study of computer science or similar required
- Above-average academic performance
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English & fluent German
- Relevant extra-curricular commitment
