Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics
Coordinator, you will serve as the interface and coordinator between the incoming goods/packaging
material and outgoing goods departments. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring
warehouse operations, ensuring the timely supply of materials, coordinating dispatches, and
collaborating on process improvements. If you have a strong background in logistics, excellent
communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Your Tasks:

• Monitor the booking processes in the material warehouse, checking for discrepancies and

• Ensure the efficient supply of materials for production and packaging areas
• Conduct regular inventory taking and implement control measures
• Inspections of incoming and outgoing good, taking into account all quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to improve logistics processes and

efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and ideally Navision for data analysis and management
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in logistics, ideally within the production or food industry
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, discipline and attention to detail
• Experience in operating forklift trucks
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others
