• Controls and maintains import-related documentation (B/L, Phyto Packing list etc.) between supplier, service providers and respective consignee
• Controls and maintains stock levels
• Checks and reconciles physical stock vs. ERP/ web portal stocks – inclusive EDI confirmation and failure correction
• Enters and corrects retour shipments as well as any other potential deviation
• Handles daily dispatch-delivery process
• Operates pallet associated transactions (pack/repack and split pallets) as per customer’s demand
• Be interlink between various supply chain stakeholders involved in procurement process
• Creates and adapts Purchase and Transfer Orders in cooperation with PLSM coordination function in Antwerp
• Fairtrade, Green dot declaration and reporting
• Review of transport/ packing invoices

• Graduated apprenticeship for Wholesales and foreign Trade, focus logistics
• 1-2 years experiences in the Product Management Service area
• Preferably experience in a perishable product environment
• Good analytical skills and number sense
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and as a team as required
• Strong ability to multi-task, time management and organizational skills
• Engaged, strong willingness and able to work under strict deadlines and pressure
• Excellent communication skills, English in communication and writing, knowledge of a further language (Spanish) appreciated
• Good knowledge of Web portal, Navision, Cognos all standard Windows and MS Office applications
