We are hiring for aWorking Student (f/m/d) People & Culture.
What you will work on
- Support our People & Culture team throughout the entire employee lifecycle while we ensure a great employee experience
- Help coordinate the recruitment process and act as a first point of contact for our candidates
- Coordinate the onboarding process by organizing the onboarding for new joiners and keeping in touch with them throughout the entire process
- Support in organizing frequent team and company events, to make sure we stay connected and aligned when the team grows
- Participation in several exciting People & Culture projects coming up in 2024
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in an HR related field
- Motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
- Passion for everything connected to Human Resources and the tech industry
- People-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good German skills (minimum B1)
