Function

We are looking for an Inside sales support agent to join the DACH Inside Sales team at our Berlin Office. In this role, you give support to our Inside Sales team. You will work very closely with your team to secure a fast and accurate sales process.

The Job

Your core accountability is to...

  Work together with the team to secure a fast and accurate order process

  handle customer requests by e-mail and phone;

• consult customers on the phone and by email;

• process orders using Salesforce;

The person we’re looking for will...

• Have at least 1 year of experience

• Be a hard worker;

• Attribute to the team (socially and professionally);

• Be able to speak fluent German and English

  Experience in a commercial role, customer oriented or Administrative role
• you have in-depth knowledge of customer service and order processing
• You are service- and solution oriented while maintaining a friendly, open-minded and helpful way of dealing with stressful situations
• You are a great team player but are also able to work independent
• You have excellent communication skills verbal and written both in German and English
• Affinity with technical products and services or EV driving is highly valued
