• Provide excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customer base via phone, email, and chat.

What you bring to the role

• Fluency in Dutch at a C2 level.
• Additional proficiency in German or French at a C1 level.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people.
• Proficient IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid work permit for Germany and a willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
• An empathetic personality and a proactive approach to learning.
