Transform yourself and take responsibility for…
- maintaining an organized and up-to-date contract database or management system,
- screening existing database of multilingual contracts for certain contractual conditions,
- documenting results in contract management life-cycle system,
- identifying any inconsistencies in close alignment with the respective stakeholders and correct such to foster the data quality,
- collaborating inter alia with the legal, sales, and finance teams.
You are ready for your transformation if you have…
- current student enrollment certificate (desirably in areas like Business Management, Business Law etc.),
- strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills,
- excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (must) and German (plus),
- familiarity with legal terminologies and contract language is desirable,
- proficiency in using contract management software or related tools is a plus,
- ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks,
- flexibility to work 20-40 hours a week (depending on your location).
