In your role as "application specialist workflow-driven imaging and data solutions in light microscopy" you will demonstrate our solutions for correlated, multi-modal microscopy, e.g., correlative imaging solutions from X-ray, electron, and light microscopes. These presentations are operated directly at the ZEISS Microscopy Customer Center Europe (ZMCCE) in-person, remotely via online broadcasting, and at conferences and exhibitions
-
Assist customers to create Image handling/analysis workflows to quantify image data via Zen Blue, ZEN Core, Arivis Hub, ZEN data storage, third party offerings, and predictive service solutions. Enable these activities through direct on-site and remote interactions with customers and by preparing pre-recordings to high-light USP, KSP, UBP (unique buying points)
-
Track bugs, provide updates to team operators and support communication process for our software solution as an interface between application and software development. Assist with software product training after new software releases for team colleagues at the ZMCCE and internal ZEISS colleagues
-
In interaction with your sales colleagues, you will align and organize system demonstrations for our customers, who are interested in our solutions to their problems
-
Create customized IA scripts and solutions of multi-modal, correlative raw data of diverse microscopes. Develop examples of strong arguments for correlative analysis
-
Develop training content. Create pre-recorded content to increase outreach of newly developed software solutions
-
You will contribute to our success through sales support, workflow integration and adaptation, training, customer service and support activities for our solutions
