Your Tasks

• Support of Product Owners with the organization of the agile product development teams
• Assist with the rollout of our new loyalty program into further countries
• Test support for new loyalty features
• Collaboration with the Customer Masterdata team to roll out a new address service functionality

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a relevant field of study within a technical area or business administration with technical focus
• Strong problem-solving, team work, organization and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with software development or agile frameworks is a plus
• Understanding of CRM, loyalty management or loyalty program business is a plus
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German skills can be of advantage

About Us

In the customer relationship business unit, you will assist as a Working Student (m/f/d) on the internal global loyalty platform. You will support as an interface between the international CRM business team and the technical development teams.
