Your Exciting Tasks:

• Content Crafting: Fuel our employer brand and recruiting marketing efforts with engaging content.
• Show zooplus’ Life: Illuminate the everyday magic at zooplus (especially about our headquarters in Munich), sharing our values and culture through engaging LinkedIn and other social media narratives.
• Target Talent: Help us attract specialists by promoting open positions effectively.
• Words and Graphics: Write compelling text and design simple graphics for our social media and recruiting campaigns.
• Data Explorer: Keep an eye on metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and where applicants are coming from.
• Idea Contributor: Share your thoughts to improve our employer branding and recruiting marketing strategy.
• Employee Voices: Collaborate with the teams across Europe to gather employee testimonials and stories that showcase our company culture and values.
• Boost Engagement: Encourage employee involvement on social media, especially LinkedIn.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Media and Communications sciences, (Online/Recruitment) Marketing, or PR.
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1), German is a plus.
• First experience in crafting engaging social media content for employees or customers, such as videos or graphics.
• A basic grasp of marketing and communications concepts/methodologies; having any prior experience in creative copywriting, managing social media, building an employer brand, or recruiting marketing is a valuable advantage.
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Clipchamp, Instagram reels, Chat GPT, etc., is an added benefit.
• You possess a natural talent for creativity and generating fresh ideas.
• Available to join us for at least of 6 months, dedicating 20 hours per week.
