Join us and help us drive Employer Branding & Employee Engagement for DHL Global Forwarding & Freight. With a high affinity to Social Media, excellent marketing and communication skills, you will contribute to our exciting global agenda. You will work in the Global Employer Branding / Social Media & Employee Engagement Team of DHL Global Forwarding. This team takes care of all global activities related to Employer Branding and HR related Social Media activities on LinkedIN, TikTok and Instagram. We also organize worldwide Employee Engagement activities as we strive to be a Great Place To Work for All.

You will work with a dynamic, international and diverse team and will have the opportunity to support various projects

Your tasks

Social Media:

• Support with Social Media planning and strategy related to “culture contents” for different channels
• Support of the DGF Employee Advocacy program (user onboarding, analytics, content creation etc.)
• Content creation for Social Media (copy, visuals, videos) in collaboration with the agency as well as own creations
• Create and manage posts on Instagram and Facebook
• Manage our “TikTok Superstars” community and generate ideas and own productions

Employee Engagement:

• Organize various internal engagement initiatives and implement them e.g. DEIB activities, Pride Month, Appreciation Week, Well-being challenges
• Creation of presentations and videos to communicate engagement topics across the organization

Internal/External Communications:

• Creation and editing of various Intranet (Smart Connect) and Sharepoint pages
• Professional video editing for various projects

Your profile

• You MUST be a Bachelor or Master student or GAP year student (up to 1 year after Bachelor completion). You MUST have a valid work permit to do an internship in Germany.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, in the particularly high degree of self-motivation, drive, and perseverance/can-do attitude as well as team working skills
• High motivation to learn new processes and tools
• Advanced internet and PC user skills: PowerPoint and Excel, video editing and design software skills (e.g. Canva, Camtasia or similar)
• Experienced in Social Media such as Instagram, TikTok
• Creative and innovative
• Excellent English communication skills
• BA or MA in Business Administrations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar
