What you would do

Since we are a young dynamic company and the fact that we put our employees first, you can always grow and peek beyond your role so that continuous personal development is guaranteed. That being said, as part of our People & Operations Team, you will mostly:

• Support the People & Operations team within the daily business
• Support the development and implementation of HR projects
• Support the recruiting process
• Support organizing team events and retreats
• If you have any other competency like visualizing, developing concepts, conducting interviews, contributing to cultural processes we’d be happy to integrate them

What we are looking for

While we are a crypto/blockchain company, previous experience in this field is very welcome, however not required. We hire talent and develop skill!

• You are a student (m/f/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (e.g. Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences…)
• You have an exceptional drive and a high level of initiative
• You are able to work independently and take over responsibility in a fast paced environment
• You have strong communication skills
• You are able to put thoughts and ideas into documents and presentations
• You have expertise with Office tools (we use Google workspace)
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
• You may work from wherever you like, but are happy to travel once in a while to meet the team in person! Our People & Operations team is based in Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt.
