The Role: Strategic Value Leadership

As a Client Value Partner (CVP), you will join our prestigious Value Engineering team to spearhead data-driven business transformations for our most strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining long-term visions and mobilizing Celonis resources to ensure customer success. By driving measurable business impact across various industries, you will accelerate platform adoption and champion strategic change to maximize value for our lighthouse customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, embedding Celonis into their strategic goals.
• Manage end-to-end customer value journeys, ensuring high-quality project completion and client satisfaction.
• Orchestrate global cross-functional teams from Servicing, Product, and Engineering to deliver excellence.
• Mentor customers on organizational design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption.
• Lead customer advisory boards to tackle industry-specific challenges and foster innovation.
• Act as a key advocate for the customer within Celonis, aligning product development with market needs.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Crucial expertise in logistics processes and clients.
• Proven track record in driving process re-engineering and AI-based implementations.
• Deep knowledge of change management practices within large global organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to persuade through data-driven insights.
• Native-level German proficiency and a consultative approach to executive engagement.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environments.
