This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

• Centralize and streamline YAZIO’s creative processes, providing strategic and organizational support to the Head of Creative Marketing
• Utilize your project management expertise to efficiently lead and manage digital assets
• Partially take over communication with external agencies to ensure seamless project coordination
• Assist in organizing and executing content shoots, contributing to high-quality, impactful campaigns
• Track project milestones, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and meet YAZIO’s standards
• Assess project outcomes, gather feedback and implement learnings to drive continuous improvement in YAZIO’s creative work

We’re looking for someone who:

• Possesses foundational project management experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing-focused environment, allowing you to navigate and support the unique needs of creative teams.
• Demonstrates exceptional project management skills: You manage projects efficiently and effectively.
• Excels at outcome-focused work: You proactively drive results and operational excellence.
• Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams: You work well with various teams to achieve common goals.
• Communicates effectively: You possess outstanding communication skills.
• Pays attention to detail: You maintain high standards of quality through meticulous attention to detail.
• Enhances creative processes: You have a proven track record of improving creative processes to scale operational and project excellence.
• Thinks strategically: You can think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Owns quality control: You uphold high standards of creative excellence.
• Has international experience: You have either worked abroad or within international environments.
