Die Nordex SE sucht einen Contracts Manager (m/f/d) für die Division Europe in Hamburg. In dieser Position sind Sie für das Management und die Analyse von Verträgen mit Kunden zuständig und beraten das Projektteam in Vertragsfragen. Sie identifizieren potenzielle Vertragsstörungen und entwickeln Strategien zur Risikominimierung. Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Vertragsmanagement-Praktiken bei Nordex gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Werden Sie Teil eines internationalen Teams und treiben Sie die Expansion alternativer Energien weltweit voran.
YOUR TASKS
Participate in the continuous improvement and development of the contracts management best practices at Nordex (tools, processes, trainings)
Advise the project team, proactively and upon request, about the liabilities and risks associated with such disruptions, and propose possible preventive or corrective measures
YOUR PROFILE
Master’s degree in business administration, law, engineering or similar, a Contracts Management certification / degree is a plus
Practical experience in contracts and/or claims management, or similar background
Experience in the wind industry and or with FIDIC contracts would be a plus
You have an analytical mind, are solution-oriented and organized
You have a strong interest in complex technical issues and have a good eye for details and excellent redaction and communication skills
You are not afraid to give your opinion in a candid manner, take initiatives and stand your ground
You enjoy working in an international multicultural team
You are fluent in written and spoken English and German (minimum level C1) other languages are appreciate
