YOUR TASKS

• Functional Lead of Finance Managers/Head of Finance in the DEU countries/regions
• Oversee monthly and annual accounts, e.g. IFRS reporting to Corporate Accounting
• Ensure local statutory financial reports are filed in accordance to local gaap and in a timely manner
• Develop, maintain and implement Nordex group policies and guidelines with high quality
• Interface with external professional advisors as required and coordinate external audit, e.g. interim and year-end audit as well as local tax audit
• Improve accounting processes and gain efficiencies
• Provide guidance and support to the foreign subsidiaries management related to finance, tax and accounting processes and procedures
• Build, lead and develop effective finance teams across the division, to support international operations
• Coach and develop own team
• Support the ERP roll out and upgrade(s)
• Interface with Corporate Internal Audit to support the internal audit process and measures implementation
• Lead new market analysis and market entry process, e.g. establishment of new subsidiaries within Division Europe
• Ensure Nordex Group Transfer Pricing policy is applied consistently across DEU entities, e.g. Intercompany contracts structure, projects margins split etc.
• Interface with Corporate Tax for Project related tax issues (VAT, CIT, Customs)
• Authorized Representative for several entities within Division Europe

YOUR PROFILE

• MBA or similar, Chartered Accountant or Auditor
• speaks two Division Europe languages (incl. English)
• 10plus years of experience in accounting/auditing
• profound knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
• knowledge of ERP systems FI/CO/MM, preferably SAP
• MS Office
