University Relations initiates and maintains the cooperation between Software AG and universities, colleges and business schools around the world. Providing hands-on training for tomorrow‘s technology leaders using the enterprise software platform trusted by 70% of the Fortune 1000 is an essential part. The University Relations Program features these free education packages that are self-explanatory, easy to use and made for remote learning.
To further strengthen the marketing and communications team, we’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and motivated working student from July 1st, 2023.
YOUR TASKS
- Operational support of the University Relations team in communication, marketing and event organization (visits, guest lectures and more)
- Content creation published on Social Media and social intranet portal (SharePoint)
- Creation of audio-visual content & ‘easy to understand’ texts
- Participate in demo- and consultation sessions with universities and schools
- Support for our university partners worldwide
- Prepare learning tutorials and presentations
YOUR PROFILE
Ideally, you’re pursuing a degree in (international) business administration, business information systems, media industry, combined with information systems or computer science or a similar field. You are interested in working with us for a longer period.
- Native or very good English skills in writing and speaking (basic knowledge of German is preferable)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Experience in SharePoint is beneficial
- Familiar with modern social networks, blogs, forums, and wikis
- Strong communication skills and digital storytelling
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Ability to quickly learn new digital topics & new technologies
