Your Role as a Strategic Advisor
In the position of Lead/Principal Value Engineer, you act as a key consultant helping customers achieve their strategic milestones through the Celonis platform. You take full ownership of the end-to-end value journey, including landing, expansion, and renewal phases. Your expertise allows you to translate customer objectives into concrete value assessments, build compelling business cases, and lead workshops that drive long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and Frame Value: Discover strategic priorities and convert them into high-impact Celonis use cases and roadmaps for executive leadership.
- Realize Value: Facilitate business workshops to identify process improvements and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Scale Value: Manage the entire customer value journey, ensuring platform adoption and providing vital feedback to product development teams.
Your Profile and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in analytical roles focused on business process improvement, ideally within Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Management Consulting.
- Strong technical background in SaaS applications such as SAP, with practical experience in BI tools, Python, or SQL.
- Proven track record in project management and navigating complex executive stakeholder environments.
- Deep domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Native-level German language skills are essential for leading workshops and high-level presentations.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
