Nexperia Germany GmbH in Hamburg is looking for a Senior Process Integration Engineer to drive innovation in GaN lithography. You will develop and optimize wafer process modules on lithography equipment, lead integration projects, and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative team environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design and implement new wafer process modules for GaN HEMT wafers across coater, developer, and lithography systems
- Drive major process development and integration initiatives while building deep product and process expertise
- Lead small to medium-sized process optimization projects end-to-end
- Act as sub-project leader for complex process development and integration tasks
- Expand and maintain technical knowledge and internal/external stakeholder networks in your field
- Contribute actively to PC&O process improvement teams
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship to less experienced engineers
What we expect from you:
- Master's degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, and/or Microelectronics
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, adjusted based on educational background
- Solid understanding of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
- Practical experience in wafer fab process module development on lithography equipment
- Strong team orientation with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
