Stellenausschreibung
Nexperia Germany GmbH in Hamburg is looking for a dedicated professional to drive process innovation in GaN HEMT wafer fabrication. You will develop and integrate new process modules on dry etching tools, covering passivation, metal-etching, and plasma clean applications. As a key contributor, you will lead process integration and optimization projects while building deep product and process expertise.
Take ownership of sub-projects within complex development initiatives and serve as a sub-project leader for process development tasks. You will maintain and expand your technical knowledge, cultivate internal and external contacts, and actively contribute to PC&O process improvement teams.
What you bring
- Masters' degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, and/or Microelectronics
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in wafer fab process module development on lithography equipment
- Solid understanding of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
- Strong team orientation with a clear drive to deliver results
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
